（1） Material innovation: Customized high-performance K006 material, suitable for extreme working conditions
The performance of sealing materials directly determines the reliability of the sealing system. Nirvana Machinery has successfully developed K006 high-performance special material on the basis of the excellent conventional PEEK high-performance polymer material and relying on the self-developed material modulation technology, which has improved the wear resistance and aging resistance of seals under extreme conditions, providing material guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the sealing system.
（2） Structural optimization: Combination piston ring design, covering the entire pressure range
In response to the differences in sealing requirements under different pressure conditions, Nirvana Machinery adopts a combined piston ring scheme that is suitable for high-pressure conditions, and innovatively combines multiple piston ring types with different structures. This design can achieve comprehensive coverage of the pressure range of 350-900 bar, reduce the friction loss between the piston ring and cylinder liner, and improve the smoothness and energy efficiency of the unit operation.
The high-pressure unit sealing solution developed by Nirvana Machinery has been rigorously validated in actual working conditions and has demonstrated excellent performance in multiple key projects, gaining widespread recognition in the industry.
